Alert Subscriptions: If you sign up for alerts, we store your email address and alert preferences.

Feedback: If you submit feedback or report an issue, we store the content, type, page URL, and optional email.

Expense Logs: If you use the reimbursement tracker, we store your expense entries (category, amount, date, description, status).

Experience Stories: If you share a field experience, we store your name, role, location, organization, and story content.

We do not share your profile data with any third-party organization. You must apply directly to organizations through their official channels.

Aggregate, anonymized statistics (e.g., number of active volunteers) may be displayed publicly.

Experience stories you submit are only published after your submission and our review, with the information you chose to provide.

We aggregate data from publicly available sources including ReliefWeb and GDACS. We do not control their data practices.

Travel search links redirect to third-party providers (Skyscanner, Google Flights, Booking.com, etc.). These providers have their own privacy policies.

We use analytics to understand platform usage and improve the experience.

• You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time

• You can request deletion of your feedback or experience submissions by contacting us

• We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services
